The CAS Annual Business Meeting (ABM) will be held in-person and virtually on Sunday June 11, 2023 from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm ET as part of the CAS Annual Meeting in Québec City, Québec. All CAS Members are welcome to attend, however, voting rights are provided to Active Members only.
The purpose of the meeting includes:
To approve the minutes of the last Annual Business Meeting held on June 26, 2022
To receive the reports of the President and other officers of the Corporation;
To appoint the public accountant of the Corporation for the ensuing year;
To receive the reports of the Canadian Journal of Anesthesia (CJA), the Canadian Anesthesia Research Foundation (CARF), the CAS International Education Foundation (CASIEF), ACUDA and the World Federation of Society of Anaesthesiologists (WFSA); and
To transact such other business as may be properly brought before the Meeting.
Additionally, CAS will be electing a Treasurer and three new Divisional Representatives to join its Board of Directors. The following candidates have been nominated:

Ontario - Dr Vatsal Trivedi
