 be held in-person and virtually on Sunday June 11\, 2023 from 12:30 pm to 
 1:30 pm ET as part of the CAS Annual Meeting in Qu&eacute\;bec City\, Qu&e
 acute\;bec. All CAS Members are welcome to attend\, however\, voting right
 s are provided to Active Members only.&nbsp\;</p>\n\n<p>The purpose of the
  meeting includes:</p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>To approve the minutes of the las
 t Annual Business Meeting held on June 26\, 2022</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>To r
 eceive the reports of the President and other officers of the Corporation\
 ;</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>To appoint the public accountant of the Corporation
  for the ensuing year\;</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>To receive the reports of the
  Canadian Journal of Anesthesia (CJA)\, the Canadian Anesthesia Research F
 oundation (CARF)\, the CAS International Education Foundation (CASIEF)\, A
 CUDA and the World Federation of Society of Anaesthesiologists (WFSA)\; an
 d</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>To transact such other business as may be properly 
 brought before the Meeting.</p>\n</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>Additionally\, CAS wil
 l be electing a Treasurer and three new Divisional Representatives to join
  its Board of Directors. The following candidates have been nominated:</p>
