Individuals wishing to join as fellow, deferred, retired and Canadian anesthesia residents must contact membership@cas.ca to complete their membership application. Applications are put into a ‘in review’ status once completed and will receive a response within two business days.

Canadian Journal of Anesthesia (CJA)

CAS members have full access to all CJA content. All members can access the CJA online (member login required), and are automatically emailed the CJA (you may opt-out below). For an additional fee you may subscribe to receive in print format.

Should you wish to join a section (based on specialty and/or role in the anesthesia profession), and get information and events specific to the related field/role please check off the section you wish to join below. Section fees will be added to your cart at checkout.

Donations

The Canadian Anesthesia Research Foundation (CARF) administers funds and provides support to Canadian researchers in anesthesia who are members of CAS. The Canadian Anesthesiologists' Society International Education Foundation (CASIEF) supports the training of critically-needed anesthesiologists in resource limited regions of the world, where safe and accessible surgery is not yet a reality. Your support to these organizations is invaluable. Please make a one-time donation below. If you’d like to make a monthly donation, please indicate check the checkbox and the office will reach out to you to make arrangements.
