 day arthroplasty.</li>\n<li>Evaluate distinct multi-modal\, regional anest
 hesia techniques and spinal anesthesia dosing strategies used across North
  America to optimize early ambulation and same-day arthroplasty.</li>\n<li
 >Compare and contrast various anesthesia care team configurations (i.e. Me
 dical Learners\, Anesthesia Assistants\, Certified Registered Nurse Anesth
 etists\, Anesthesiologists) and the subsequent impact on room turnover and
  workflow efficiency.</li>\n<li>Compare and Contrast various patient and o
 perating room flow configurations with regards to workflow efficiency and 
 patient length of stay (i.e. Block Room\, 2 OR Model)</li>\n<li>Compare an
 d evaluate personal practice against real-time peer audit data collected f
