DESCRIPTION:In this Problem-Based Learning Discussion session the participa
 nts will be provided with a typical community setting case of a 4-year old
  child of African descent scheduled for elective ambulatory adenotonsillec
 tomy for obstructive sleep disordered breathing (SDB) complicated by a rec
 ent \"cold\"\, a history of stable asthma with eczema and who is nervous t
 o go into the OR. The facilitated discussion will capture:\n\n1. Preoperat
 ive: Assessment\, optimization and disposition planning\;\n2. Intraoperati
 ve: Airway management and analgesia including opioid sparing and opioid fr
 ee approaches\;\n3. Postoperative: monitoring and risks for unanticipated 
 admission. The session will include a 5-question pre/post test and relevan
